No single symptom automatically means you need new gutters. The pattern matters. A small leak at one corner is very different from a system with repeated leaks, long sagging sections, deformed metal, and loose attachment points.
Watch for combinations of problems
- Widespread sagging
- Repeated leaks after prior repairs
- Sections pulling away from the fascia
- Crushed or badly dented profiles
- Persistent overflow even after cleaning
- Corrosion or physical damage across multiple runs
If the issue is already affecting water flow or the gutter is physically damaged, see our gutter installation page.
